The fees appear to be inline with the market so I suppose I can't comment too much about that. However, as a matter of principle I don't see the need to have a higher rate for multi-agent listings. I paid 2% because I had my house listed with two agents whereas the single rate was 1.58% If it was a case of the spoils were split I could understand but it was a "winner takes all" scenario so I believe 1.58% should have been the final fee.
