Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you were not happy with our services. The landlord did put a new roof on and the roofer did come back to rectify the issue. The landlord thought that this was fixed. I am not sure how the plug is coming away from the wall and this was not reported to the office. The property has an electrical installation condition report and this has happened during the tenancy. I wish you all the best in your new home. ...
