Awful experience. Never ever trust them if you are looking to rent a property. Hopeless. Don't expect your deposit back once you have given them. No matter how you clean the property before leaving they won't give you back. Always biased and takes landlord side....

I have yet to receive my overpayment or deposit, and they claim it takes them 10 working days to process after they have resolved any queries. Under the TDS guidelines they should return the deposit within 10 days

There is a great deal of administration that is involved within the renewal process which is why there is a charge for this service, in comparison to other agents we do regularly check and our fees are lower than average.
