Beware they took my Daughters £350 she paid for a deposit when she gave up the flat no fault of her own was told she had to leave because owner had not paid morgage on the flat my daughter stayed in this flat for four years and cleaned the flat before she left but the took her £350 pounds and said... Aug 30, 2017Yep did this to me they didn't clean the property prior to me entering it. And when I left claimed they saw a muddy foot print even though I cleaned it and kept some of my deposit ...
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
