Same problem. Her sister was my daughter's landlord. Despite being asked more than once about where the deposit is being held just keep getting told she doesnt know and to ask the letting agents which I'm sure she must know isn't operational anymore (owner being her sister and she worked there) the owner now in hiding somewhere. Shocking way to treat people. ...
