Mr. Nicky the tenancy was not smooth at all from my part. Maybe it seemed smooth to you because I paid for several months in advance therefore there was no payment issue and the agency staff did not take my complaints seriously and maybe did not pass it on to you. However, within the first month of my tenancy I let the agency know that I have huge trouble with the noise insulation. I raised the issue multiple times until March when I decided I wanted to terminate my tenancy early. I did not ask ...
