What agent could do to change your mind?
Lack of communication, even in the six weeks I was waiting for the ceiling to be fixed it was us chasing leaders to chase it up. Also they just say anything to you like "it will be fixed on Monday" which I heard several times during our wait! And they lie themselves out of everything!Attached Filesnbsp;
