What agent could do to change your mind?

They completed no inspections, the tenants damaged our property for ‚£2.5k and had unpaid , rent , Leaders were fully managing the property and i later found out that they had completed no inspections, in the livingroom the wall was being used as a dart board! , leaders told me that the clinets had lost there ley and they had given them there only set, even though leaders had charged me money to get a new set of keys so they had one spare, they did not tell me that they were not making inspections, one of the staff told me the flay has been checked and only needed cleaning two week later they said it needed ‚£1.6k of reapirs excluding unpaid rent of ‚£900, they spent the deposit on repairs and tried to keep the balance themselves, they charged ‚£300 for cleaning ‚£100 to take rubish out left by cleaners , this is the second time it has happened to me with leaders, I have had to call them so many times to deal with them, often they told me they would call back and never did, they dont care about the landlord and take there money and do nothing, i have to now pay them a finders fee to hopefully wash my hands of them, it has been very stress full dealing with them i had it fully managed so i would not have to be in this position, i have lost in total about ‚£3k in damangte and repairs and ‚£2k in unpaid rental which i now have to go to small claims, i will also be taking leaders to small claims as they have not honesred there contact and not completed inspections, they have lied to us and i am disgusted by them
