As others have mentioned in other reviews of them, they also spring ridiculous admin fees on you when you're moving in. Definitely not unique to Leaders but toxic anyway and made more laughable by their refusal to ever actually do their job.

I Second Andy's comments Called the day before to confirm appointment and change time to a bit earlier. Tried calling the letting office to confirm on day but as it was a Saturday no response so I left a message. I had to phone the sales desk, who can be bothered to answer the phone (thank you) but would not recommend leaders letting. The really annoying thing is that I have traveled over 100 miles to view waiting 2hr for the viewing only for the agent to be a no show. Do NOT use Cambridge ...
