What a very unique property that needed very unique and thoughtful marketing. Higher compared to online agents but they do take care of everything from viewings, access to the building for tradesmen, liasing with solicitors and even taking meter readings at the end. If you aren't in a position (or don't want to) take on the extra work yourself that's required by online agents, MB offer a complete service.
