Found LBW to be generally poor - their office administration was a clearly a weakness as they often got confused and forgot to send out documents and more worryingly were bad at tracking rental payments. They were also slow to react when repairs were needed ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
We just wanted LBW to be more pro-active concerning repairs - they were indifferent. We could put up with the poor office administration as it only made them look a bit silly but their reluctance to arrange any repairs was not acceptable

As requested if you wish to make derogatory complaints then you should have the decency to discuss them as we have said we do not recognise "Paul Rogers" and therefore need to discuss matters. You have the time to view and post online therefore you should find the time to discuss this as requested. ...
