What agent could do to change your mind?
Either get someone out to do the job Dont get about 10 different companies out and then for nothing to happen Give you follow up feedback after somthing Actually sit and do work.

When a tenant phones up with a problem as bad as mentioned actually make an attempt to send out a professional worker to correct the problem.
