What agent could do to change your mind?
1. Be honest and be seen to be honest: give prospective tenants a schedule of all the charges they will be expected to pay before moving in, at the point of extending their contract and upon departure. 2. If you make a mistake - raise it, apologise and remedy it. 3. Get your tenants' names correct in an email. Basic professionalism would be a bonus.Attached Filesnbsp;
