Just to add to this review, Hayley from the maintenance team lied to Tower Hamlets council about my pre-move requirements when I reported Keatons. I was very clear about wanting the mould removed and the walls repainted and even went as far as providing the application forms and emails in which this was stated but rather than apologise for the mistake, she kept lying. Do not trust these snakes! ...

Because we needed the house to sell quickly, we didn't think it the best plan to negotiate the fees down, and given that they were successful in selling the house in the timeframe and for the price that we wanted, I think the fee was worth paying.
