What agent could do to change your mind?
Besides the usual deposit and agency fees at the beginning of the tenancy you also pay a monthly fee of over a hundred pounds directly to the agency that it's direct debited from your account; it's something I have never seen before (or after) having a contract with them. If you change flatmates and get any new tenants in your flat, their fee changes on the go, whatever they feel like charging you basically.Attached Filesnbsp;
