I think once you are on a contract with a agent and just swapping addresses the fee should be half, on comparison to our last contract it only has the address of new property changed. Seems a little high of a admin cost just to amend the date cost and address.

Hoppers had moved to a fixed fee from just taking the first month's rent as their re-letting fee. In recognition of the way they had managed the challenging situation involved in the change of tenant, we agreed to increase the re-letting fee to a full month's rent.
