Only feedback I would give is that when fee was quoted I was not told vat was to be added on to cost. Did ring to mention and was told it was on my terms of business, however copies I had sent through post did not have any cost on it. This was also the case with inventory.

Fees were high compared to others but no point crying over spilt milk it is what it is nobody had a gun to my head saying its jones and chapman. I think single occupancy should be slightly less.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
