Overall very good letting experience with JLL especially through dealings with one of their senior agents (Neil Short). He is very competent and prompt in his responses via e-mail with us which is something very important to us as we live overseas. They are also very fast in tenant acquisition each time an existing tenant moves out. That helps us keep our yield on the property in tact.
