Efficient and friendly despite being a busy office. Reading some of the other reviews I am genuinely surprised I experienced the exact opposite. Jayman gave me good service as a tenant and dealt with minor repairs efficiently using good quality tradesmen. I was treated respectfully and professionally by Jayman and their associates.

As explained explained, you were not calling the correct office number hence you were unable to get hold of me. I came out of a meeting with a client to try and deal with your call but you then stated you did not wish to use us to market your property. Dear Tenant, With regret we were unable to release your deposit until your landlord had confirmed this in writing to us. The deposit was released by BACS when this was received. All of our fees are outlined in the agreement you signed when you moved into the property. We have spoken to your landlord in this instance who agreed with the way in which we handled the matter. ...
