This applicant viewed a property in Carshalton and wanted to proceed with it. He offered £775 (on £795) which was rejected by the landlord, our client. He also said that he was married but didn't want his Wife on the tenancy agreement. We told him that is not possible (probable housing benefit fraud/money laundering etc) and apparently he was self employed but showing no earnings with HM Customs! Then when Fleur told him we could not proceed, his Wife was OK to go on the agreement and she earn ...
