Comment on agent fees
They promised me one thing but then now backtracking on this. When they agree to do what was promised, apparently the email system is down so they can't speak to Accountant. I wonder how we are meant to talk to people in this day and age when the email systems are down? I'm surprised that they are still allowed to run.

We had horrific service from Sarah who take our deposit and never put it into goverment scheme ...
