What agent could do to change your mind?
At first they could have tried learning from their mistakes 1) Not placed unsuitable tenants in my property 2) Rewarded my loyalty with a discount 3) Been professional 4) Try to be organised 5) Communicate better In the final months I was with them: Nothing, there was absolutely NOTHING they could have done that would have stopped me running from the hills.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Where do I start, care about the service you provide and then try and deliver it. Everything needs addressing. For the money you get from delivering the appalling level of service I would expect at least politeness.
