After having two flats empty for over two years, I decided to take the management away from my previous letting agent to see if Homesure could do any better. Mark came out to the flats within two hours of our first conversation to tell me about their setup and provided feedback for me to make some minor improvements, which I completed. Within two weeks we'd had multiple viewings and two applications. A month later and one of the flats is tenanted and the other applicant will be in soon I'm sure ...
