hello, unfortunately you did not clarify exactly who lied to you or what they lied about to make you so upset, if you would kindly relay this information then we can look into the matter further. It would be a most unusual occurrence that an employee would lie to you as this benefits no one including Holland Properties as generally the lie would always surface and any repercussions dealt with. ...

Thank you for your review. As you must know tenants deposits are now protected by The Tenancy Deposit Scheme which means that no amount of money can be wrongfully withheld for damage or misuse of a property unless it has actually been done. Holland properties use an Independant inventory company to check our tenants into a property and we use the same one to check them out. Only if there is a discrepancy between the tenant moving in and the tenant moving out can we charge. ...
