Disappointed to receive such a review from a long term tenant especially when weve helped them out on numerous occasion over their tenure. What theyve failed to appreciate is the check out is done by an independent company in order to provide an unbiased report. Once it was raised that there was an issue there were asked to return and correct their missing of the MW, an apology was given to the tenant and no charge was made for it. Again this tenant has decided to post another bad review on a site. Again we will reply to the vindictive and petty nature of this tenant to explain what was so tragic it has scarred his being. I can completely understand the frustration for this buyer and it was a personal situation that I experienced unrelated to Holland Properties that prevented me from going ahead with selling the property. The sale had taken 5 to 6 months to proceed due to having to evict the tenant from the property (who also decided to stop paying rent) and unfortunately my circumstances changed during this time so I could no longer proceed.
