Lack of communication , apology and took until Tuesday to give a reason why a landlord did not turn up Saturday at 4.30 pm to do a viewing of an apartment ! Horrible experience with Hilbery Chaplin agency (Janet Roberts), no chance to get deposit back, complete shock as property were left in very good condition. And always by the 3 month check ups everything to them was perfect and at the end they leave you with empty... Read Full Review

Its only once you have signed are hilbury happpy to tell you that the landlords are a nightmare, and the chances of getting your deposit back is zero.
