Hawes and Co are the worst letting agents I have encountered in 10 years. They promised to resve a damp issue prior to us moving in, they didn't. Terrible experience during the 2 years of tenancy. We have been experiencing serious issues with dump and nothing was resolved after contacting them every day for more than a month. They had a landlord managing the property from ALGERIA!!! We had a roaming UK mobile number to call (costing us a bundle!!!).
