Very grateful to the promptness and efficiency provided by Michael who willingly supplied a desktop valuation letter which I needed for a Deferred Payment Application to the council. Hawes and Co offer a really terrible property management service. We reported that the extractor fan was broken and it took them 3 months to fix it (over winter so the property was impossible to heat). Then they left the communal gardens unmaintained for 3 months! Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
