Unprofessional, not in the interest of tenants - They Add clauses to agreements *, particularly around Damp/ Mould issues to remove liability, and will only accept if you are not smart enough to check. Be attentive to both tenants and landlords. Work in the interest of both parties, as both are customers not one-sided. Be mindful when stating law and procedure around lettings/ sales, especially if end customers have a high-knowledge in the same field
Over-charge of admin costs
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
