I was happy with the fee paid. Grant offered a sliding scale of fees, so they would lower the percentage if the house did not achieve a certain value. As the subsequent quick sale was above the asking price (and I thought the asking price was at the top end of what I could expect anyway), the lower fee was not implemented, and I feel that they were justified in their charges.Attachments
