Jack, many thanks for your review however I do feel it is rather unfair. At the point of moving in you made us aware that the extractor hood had not been cleaned. A member of staff attended to check this as a local cleaning company had carried out a full clean. We agreed that this had been missed and instructed them to return to clean this again, which they did.

We're okay with the landlord declining the offer and understand they will have their reasons to do so - we never met the landlord and the agency didn't have enough info on us to pass to them, so we don't think the landlord's decision is a reflection on us, and we assumed it's why you stopped responding. We just feel that as an agency, you should learn to be a bit more professional and treat your potential customers better if you are to expect any business from them.
