Dear Mrs Nula, I am sorry to hear that you feel this way about Hamptons International. Our job is to work on behalf of our clients. The other party had already viewed the house prior to your offer being accepted. In line with the Estate Agents Act, when an offer is made, then this must be put to the client. Hamptons International provide all prospective tenants with a guide on the rental process, along with a referencing criteria to ensure the process is fully transparent and affordability can be assess before the referencing procedure is commenced.
