Just received a final bill. Like everyone else paid a deposit of £100.00. Paid every account on time for the past 14 years. I have just received my final bill and have been charged £200 apportionment fee. Seriously this is a joke. Hacking & Paterson barely maintained our estate and certainly NEVER maintained the common ground behind our fence. How do these factors get away with this. Never mentioned this when we bought the house 14 years ago when we paid the deposit. What they did say ...

Never have I known so much money and effort achieve so little. These people are unspeakable. Massive charges, zero service. Calls and emails go unanswered (in my case for years), the building is in disrepair, damp patches advised years ago have developed into serious wall fractures and nothing can galvanise this company into any action, in spite of the fact that the building employs them and pays over-the-odds to do so. If you have an overall majority, you need to write to them with the signatories of all the owners (not tenants) and instruct them that under the terms and conditions of your Title Deeds you have elected to dismiss their services. Govan Law Centre has a template you can use to write the letter and remove them, it comes under the Tenement Act, use it - I did and we sacked Hacking and Paterson but had pre-arranged to transfer to a social housing landlord who also branched out to Property Managemen ...

Mr Young lied to me and then when I asked to make a formal complaint. He said "no problem, you just write to ME and I will deal with it" I pointed out that there was no Wayne should be dealing with complaints made against him and that he would surely just put my letter in the bin. He then said "I can not predict on how I will deal with it" I was left speechlees! ...

Just sold and moved out of our house in Dalgety Bay. Today we received our final statement from this shower of crooks and they have charged us £75 for moving out of our own house!! I am 100% adamant I'm going to get this back! They have also informed us the money they owe us won't be paid until August!! Our estate was once charged £70 for moving a dead bird!!! How are they getting away with this? Who regulates them? Furious 😡 ...
