The fees were the most expensive we've come across but luckily there was an option for a smaller deposit instead of the usual large sum which made up for that.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Customer service is shockingly poor at best - just being spoken to like I wasn't interrupting them would have been nice. Being able to view properties within a week of calling would be a bonus. Calling back when they say they're going to.Attached Filesnbsp;
