Slow. Multiple unanswered emails in early stages (before survey completed) each time had to call to get answers. Even the email checking they’d received payment went unanswered. Called office, yes we will check, then still no reply so had to call again.

What agent could do to change your mind?

Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the landlord of any given property with regard to authorising any repairs, unless they are deemed as health and safety issues, which could not have been the case in this instance.
Our fees are clearly stated on our website and property portal sites, along with a hand-out always being issued at any viewing of a property clearly stating all fees, both upon application, acceptance and renewals. A six month-renewal is only £75.00 at the moment, having been inc ...
