Comment on agent fees
Fee paid was average in my experience of England and very good value compared to Florida where I negotiated the agent down to pay only 6%!! (They are responsible for some of the legal costs). As I was not living in the property at Staines I appreciated the team had to attend all the viewings and be responsible for leaving the property secure, which was done on every occasion.

Many thanks for taking the time to post a review. I am sorry to hear of your experience and have looked into the exact situation in relation to the property. As you can appreciate we are unable to insist that Landlords proceed with tenancies and do reiterate this to applicants at the time of a reservation, which is also fully detailed again in writing on the completed reservation forms. Buyers , avoid them. Not passing on all offers. William rejected the offer without consulting the seller. Stay alerted and demand confirmation in writing that your offer was passed on, additionally don't increase your offer until rejected in writing. You could save thousands.......
