This has been posted against the wrong agency - we are not gps glasgow. We are gps lettings ltd based in Kent. We have no idea who gps glasgow are and have no affiliation to them ...

We are sorry you feel so aggrieved. As we have explained to you, a check out was carried out at the property, and this report was sent to your landlord, along with the inventory from when you moved in. The landlord is claiming for differences between the two. No landlord can simply take a tenants deposit money without either the tenant agreeing to this, or if a tenant does not agree, the claim being heard before an adjudicator from the deposit company, or the landlord taking the tenant to court ...

Thank you for your review. We have never rented a property to someone called Sageon. If you did re4nt a proerty through us, and can tell us which one it is, we could look into this matter for you. All deposits are safeguarded by a government approved scheme. The return process is regulated. no agent can make deposit deductions unfairly. ...

We do not cover the Long Eaton area. We are based In Kent. Rob - you are talking about a completely different agency. We don't charge a fee of £235.00 for anything. ...

I think everyone would like to pay less if possible but I think their fees are fair for the service they provide. It is reassuring to know that I can phone and ask for help and they will be there to assist as they have been for me in the past.

All tenants have the option of either having adequate insurance to cover their liabilities to the landlords property, or pay a deposit equivalent to two months rent. No tenant is forced to take out insurance. It is a tenants decision which option they choose. If a tenant decides to take out insurance they decide which insurance company they wish to use - we do not and can not either set up any insurance products for tenants or recommend any particular company to a tenant. I have contacted ALLAGENTS several times regarding this comment as my company have never dealt with a Philip Osborne. All of our charges are clearly detailed in our Terms of Business, we pride ourselves as a company with the fact that we have NO HIDDEN charges. We reference check all of our tenants through either Homlet or FCC Paragon. Every landlord is sent a copy of these references to review before we move a tenant into the property. I have asked ALLAGENTS to verify who Mr Philip Osborne is, ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
