The agent's fee's I have no idea what they are charging for since their incompetency gave me a room that was not checked, not cleaned and with no mirror at all. When asked about the mirror I was told my room is not supposed to come with one when other tenants all have at least one mirror in their rooms.

I'm not a lover of fees, but every business is entitled to earn money to make a living. In this companies case, I cant complain about them, they are what they are just fees. But I'm not complaining about them, I'm complaining about the spiteful little staff who think they are above the laws that protect consumers and businesses that they currently deal with. My advice to anybody who deals with this company is,,, just watch out, take proper legal advice and don't believe a word they tell you!

No fees information available
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
