Do NOT deal with this agent who call themselves Thorgills. A wholly unprofessional operation. As a landlord, we ended up wasting days upon days of time effectively teaching their "Lettings Administarion" department about the most basic clauses in a standard AST agreement. What a joke. Complaining to Ben Madden, the "Managing Director" was a total waste of time. He could not even be bothered to come on the telephone. The sooner these sort of cowboys are filtered out of the London property market ...
