Its unfortunate you left out some important details Markus. Like the fact that the seller had agreed to proceed with us even after he knew we lost our buyer and as the estate agent for the sale of our property it was your job to find a new buyer. Despite that and you 'taking no delight in upsetting any buyer/seller' you intervened of your own back and contacted the other interested party to instigate the gazumping of our offer. How do you defend your decision to do that? ...
