Agent did not do checks, do paper work at the correct time or keep us informed of progress. We did not get paid on the day our property sold either and had to chase for it 24 hours later....

Mr Barra (Walter) and his team of staff were the most helpful of all the agents I visited. Those awful agents in Crystal Palace with those stupid minis and second rate staff, will never get a penny of my money....
