We think that the fees were quite expensive. We understand that there are fees that must be paid towards the agent but we believe that they could be a bit cheaper. For example a fee shouldn't have to be paid when for further checks when the tenancy comes to an end.

Franklyn James, you failed to mention in your reply that you did not apologise for your abrupt manner and the reason your managing director felt it necessary to hang up. This suggests that you were pushed into a corner and reacted inappropriately and unprofessionally. I however failed to mention that the referencing agency that Franklyn James has used relating to this tenancy agreement has also had a complaint made against them which is currently being investigated.
