What agent could do to change your mind?
As working professionals expect information to be passed on and issues fixed or updates shared by the agent owning accontability rather than the tenant having to follow up.Gary needs to understand a tenant who is without water for 6 days needs proactive resolutions rather than lenghty documented emails which instigate and escalate issues.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Respond to my calls, not look at phone when I'm talking and get a valuation price somewhere close to all other agents did and support it.
