Sorry if you found me aggressive or horrid, I really cannot think who you may be since I do not recall having fallen out with any of our tenants. We do have other Directors who you could have submitted any complaint to or indeed a member of "the team" who you say are "okay" but I suppose it is easier just to leave an anonymous review ...

Not sure where to start with this comment, clearly a very unhappy tenant. We ask all tenants (or the lead tenant if we have not met all the tenants at that stage) to read through carefully and to sign to confirm that they have understood.
