What agent could do to change your mind?
As far as the appointment is concerned, she should have paid attention to basic details. Additionally she should have been courteous and sincere; she should have been 'professional!'

My girlfriend was charged an administration fee of over ‚£100. There is apparently no legitimate justification for this fee.
