What agent could do to change your mind?
Just replying to emails & calls occasionally would be a step in the right direction. Keeping clients informed just once or twice would be a huge leap forward. Maybe handing on offers to the vendor occasionally?! I know: that's a really radical idea & you're probably not up to that yet. Bwhahahahahaha. Worst. Agents. Evah.
