Horrible experience. Took my money. I made an offer for a rental property, the landlord initially accepted and subsequently pulled out of the deal. I would urge anyone looking to rent a property to avoid doing so with Fisks. They will take your deposit and sell you add-ons in an attempt to get you to increase your weekly rental offer, then reveal the things they actually sold you with the property (an allocated parking space, for example) do... I have a very depressing experience with this agent!!!!!! Upon putting down a holdiding deposit of £540 the agent told us that land lord want to rise the rent by 130 per month and then when we had FOUR DAYS to move in , Fisks told us that the landlord do not want to go ahead without any reason.... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
