Reference fee and organization of work fee are way too high. I work as a software engineer and don't get paid 30 quid to write an email or call a cleaning agency..... Also baking in 3.5% rent increase in the contract is a bit too much with inflation crawling at about 2% at the moment...

Kalin, I pleased to hear that you found the tenancy itself smooth and that Fineholm were responsive to any issues that arose. Cleaning at the end of the tenancy is the single most common complaint that we have and we really do do our absolute best to make it clear from the outset that if you have any cleaning issues when you move in they must be raised. We do this by asking you to sign a form to confirm its clean when you move in and reminding all our tenants to report any issues on move in. If ...
