I am sorry to hear you feel that you felt you were not given a good level of service in the office - at times the office is very busy and staff are dealing with multiple enquiries however that is still not acceptable. We will attempt to deal with this issue. I am a prospective customer of Fineholm and I have to say that the ignorant staff comments are totally true!! I merely called to enquire about a property on their website and was shocked to find there telephone manners seriously under par! I work in an office environment in the finacial sector and even I would never speak to a person with such bad communication skills - a "back to basics course" would be strongly advised! I have found these comments very useful so for that I thank you all. And ...

Completely agree. We got charged for 2 x bags of rubbish. We were like 'what rubbish!?' the flat was immaculate and empty when we left!! They just add anything on. Nobody I know will touch Fineholm any more. Word gets around with all the complaints. ...

We also got charged for this 'deep clean treatment'. But we actually hired our own cleaners to do something of the same (at a fraction of what Fineholm charged us) and the flat was sparkling. Then get charged that also? Ridiculous. We took it to a solicitor, but they said Fineholm had you with all the clauses etc saying they could charge whatever. Scotland really needs to get in the DPS up here. It works so much better. ...
