Hi Maceo, I'm sorry to read your review. I agree that tenants should ensure that the inventory at the start of the tenancy is accurate. That document (signed by the tenant) forms the basis for our end of tenancy check and is what we use to determine whether something has been damaged during the tenancy. However, I do not agree that we use any excuse to avoid returning a tenant's deposit - there would be no benefit to us in doing so, as any money is used to pay invoices for cleaning/repairs and ...
